Advance Payment: Before commencing any project, it is mandatory to pay a specified percentage (usually 50%) of the agreed total amount as an advance.
Outstanding Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the completion or delivery of the project. Services may be suspended if payment is not made on time.
Pricing: Fees for all our services are determined based on the project's scope of work. We reserve the right to modify the pricing of future services without prior notice.
Taxes: All applicable government taxes (such as GST) are in addition to the total service fee and must be paid by the client.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to maintain high quality in our work; however, should you wish to cancel a service for any reason, our refund policy is as follows:
No Refund of Advance: Once the project has commenced and the advance payment has been received, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel the project before it begins, you must provide written notice.
No Refund Upon Completion: No refunds will be issued once the service or project has been delivered and approved by the client.
Intellectual Property Rights
Digigrovia Property: All content, logos, graphics, text, designs, and software on the website are the intellectual property of Digigrovia. Their use, copying, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Client Projects: Full ownership of your project (e.g., website or logo) is transferred to you only after full payment for the project has been received by us. Until then, all rights remain with Digigrovia.

Digigrovia is committed to protecting your data and personal information. We use your personal information solely to enhance the services provided to you. Third-Party Services
During the course of our work, we may utilise third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software (e.g., domains, hosting, Google Ads, etc.). Digigrovia shall not be directly liable for the functionality, policies, or any technical malfunctions associated with these third-party services. Their respective terms and conditions apply.
Limitation of Liability
Digigrovia strives to deliver excellent services; however:
